SALUS Zero
A clinical training simulator and bedside decision companion for medicine where nothing is available. Its signature constraint: you cannot order a CT — you decide with what the clinic actually has that night. The clock, the stage physiology and every lab value are computed in code; the model only narrates the world. Appendicitis is just the pilot: the engine is domain-agnostic, so a new domain is data to add, not a rewrite.
